My first messenger book and it is GORGEOUS! The full grain leather feels high end and the imperfections in the texture is what makes it perfect. :-) Also, I tried the natural-colored end sheets and ended up liking it! The last few pictures show the 12x12 messenger and 8x8 parent book (premium rustic maple leather) together for size comparison.
