You’ve already done the hard part. The photos are inspired and the client can’t wait to see your vision. Bringing a stunning Vision Art book to life happens in three simple steps.
1. Design your pages
Using the layout tool of your choice, export one high resolution JPEG for each spread. During the checkout process, we’ll prompt you to either upload your files or provide your own cloud storage link we can access.
Plan for size and cost
If you’re new to Vision Art books, use our Order Form (available to registered users) to explore sizes, materials and final costs. You can save your book configuration in your favorites, and then turn that setup into an actual order when you are ready to pay.
Use our templates
Design your book in any application you prefer! All we need are full sized, high resolution JPEGs. Download Photoshop® or Illustrator® templates, or try our easy-to-use online solutions, built exclusively for Vision Art clients. They contain all our page sizes and materials as preset options. Vision Art has partnered with Albumworks to create a browser-based layout tool that includes a custom set of templates and presets unique to Vision Art customers. Easily build a variety of layouts, then export your spreads to include in your order. No additional subscription required.
Export to JPEG
Export each spread as a unique JPEG file, named in the order you’d like them to appear in your book. You’ll upload these files (or optionally, provide us a cloud storage link) on the order form.
2. Create your order.
Configure the Order Builder, which will guide you through placing your custom order step-by-step. If you’ve previously saved your configuration as a favorite, simply convert it to an order and you’re ready to check out. After payment, you’ll be prompted to send us your image files.
3. Get notified.
Once we receive your order, we’ll check your files for accuracy and specifications, notify you of any changes, and send your order to production.
